Senior Director of High Power – High Power Industrial Sector
We are seeking a Senior Director of High Power to lead our client High Power Industrial operations. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for defining and driving business growth, product innovation, and market expansion within the high-power semiconductor sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute business and product strategies, including market identification, product specifications, development, and after-sales support.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams across Marketing, System Engineering, and Product Development to deliver strategic objectives and align with company goals.
- Revenue & Profitability: Own gross margin optimization, pricing strategies, and business case development to ensure competitive positioning.
- Product & Market Development: Develop and implement a long-term strategic roadmap for industrial high-power products, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with module manufacturers, distributors, and key customers to enhance market presence and sales growth.
- Business Expansion: Identify and drive opportunities in new and existing customer segments, leveraging both legacy products and cutting-edge innovations.
- Customer Satisfaction & Support: Oversee after-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure long-term business success.
- Resource & Budget Management: Manage budgets, personnel, and resources effectively to optimize team performance and meet business goals.
- Long-Term Vision: Develop and execute a five-year strategic plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering and/or an MBA for enhanced strategic and managerial expertise.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong track record in:
- Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, business, and operations.
- Collaborating effectively with Operations, Quality, and Project Management teams.
- Driving business growth through a combination of technical acumen and commercial strategy.
