  • Proven experience in the design of digital and mixed-signal control circuits.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in EMC design and electrical noise mitigation.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools for power electronics and magnetics system development.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead multi-person engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
  • A degree or higher in electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with digital motor control techniques for various motor types (IPM, SPM, ASM, SR) including FOC, field weakening, overmodulation, and NVH optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience developing and validating power electronics hardware in lab, rig, and real-world environments.
  • Competence in managing PCB layout, mechanical design integration, and the full build process of power systems.
  • Knowledge of thermal and fluid simulation for effective thermal management in power electronics systems.
  • Safety training in the use of high-voltage, high-power test and development equipment.

What We Offer:

  • An opportunity to lead innovative engineering projects across diverse sectors.
  • A collaborative and technically driven environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Ongoing professional development and training.
