  • Perform circuit design and simulation using tools such as LTspice, PSpice, or equivalent.
  • Conduct component selection, including inductors, capacitors, MOSFETs, and controllers, ensuring cost and performance balance.
  • Design and implement PCB layouts with an emphasis on high efficiency, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
  • Evaluate and validate designs through prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Support production teams in scaling designs for manufacturing.
  • Stay updated on advancements in power electronics and incorporate cutting-edge technologies into designs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in DC/DC converter design and development.
  • Proficiency in power circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, PSpice).
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
  • Experience with PCB design software (e.g., Altium, KiCAD, Eagle).
  • Knowledge of thermal management techniques and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and electronic loads.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to wide bandgap semiconductors (e.g., SiC, GaN).
  • Knowledge of power management ICs (PMICs) and control algorithms.
  • Familiarity with automotive, aerospace, or industrial standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-160).

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in power electronics.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Access to state-of-the-art tools and facilities.
