Required Experience & Skills

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Significant experience in power electronics design, including DC/DC and AC/DC converter development.
  • Proven track record in high-voltage power supply design.
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, magnetics, control loops, and thermal design.
  • Proficiency with simulation and design tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, PCB CAD).
  • Hands-on experience taking designs from concept through to production.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in regulated or high-reliability industries (space, defence, medical, industrial).
  • Exposure to EMC compliance and safety standards for high-voltage systems.
  • Experience scaling engineering teams in a growing organisation.

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to build and shape an engineering team and technical roadmap.
  • Involvement in cutting-edge high-voltage power electronics development.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
