Job Title: Sales Manager – OEM Power Electronics (Heat Pump Applications)

Location: Europe

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our client to drive OEM sales of power electronics solutions for heat pump applications. This role will focus on building strong relationships with OEM customers, identifying opportunities in the rapidly growing residential and industrial heat pump market, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for OEM customers in the heat pump sector
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Europe and beyond
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, design engineers, and purchasing teams
  • Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable proposals in collaboration with the engineering team
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the heat pump and power electronics space
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business intelligence to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and technical conferences

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, or related discipline (technical background preferred)
  • Proven track record of OEM sales in power electronics, power supplies, or drives
  • Strong understanding of heat pump systems, HVAC, or renewable energy markets
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Ability to discuss technical requirements with engineering teams and customers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
